Yevhen Hlibovytskyi — Ukrainian journalist, public figure and media expert, director of the Frontier Institute, member of the Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine, expert of the UCU School of Public Administration. In 2024, he was included in the list of 30 opinion leaders of modern Ukraine according to NV.
