Poltava — a city in transformation, which is rethinking itself and overcoming the barriers of the past. We invite you to a conversation with Yevhen Hlibovytsky — a strategy expert and director of the Frontier Institute, where we will together seek answers to difficult questions:
What changed in Poltava and the Poltava region during the war years and what challenges should the region prepare for?
Why are partnership and interaction so important, and what are the historical reasons for distrust in communities?
What is the unique role of the Poltava region in Ukraine and why is it still insufficiently realized?
Has the decentralization reform been implemented and why is work in the regions critically important today?
«Poltava — a city in transformation, — said Yevhen Hlibovytskyi during the «Tereniv» event in Poltava last December. — A city that is now struggling to cough up a century of colonial past. A city that is still afraid that this past may return. And that is why it will take time. And that is why it will require help. And that is why, in fact, it is important that we can attract other people here, so that they inspire, so that they help destroy these barriers».
Yevhen Hlibovytskyi — Ukrainian journalist, public figure and media expert, director of the Frontier Institute, member of the Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine, expert of the UCU School of Public Administration.
